"We have in our
political system (two governments) a government of the
United States and a government of each of the
several (50) states. Each is distinct from the other
and each has citizens of its own. . . ."
-U.S.
v. Cruikshank, 92 U.S. 542
Have you ever pondered
the meaning of these two types of citizenship? I'd bet
you've always considered yourself a `U.S. citizen' without
even knowing what that really meant. If so you're like
most of us. We're never taught the important things
in school.
Consider this . . .
U.S. Constitution
I:8:17. "The Congress shall have the power . .
. To exercise exclusive legislation in all cases whatsoever,
over such district, not exceeding ten miles square as
may, by cession of particular states and the acceptance
of Congress, become the seat of Government of the United
States (District of Columbia) and to exercise like authority
over all places purchased by the consent of legislature
of the state . . ."
U.S. Constitution
IV:3:2. "The Congress shall have the power to dispose
of and make all needful rules and regulations respecting
the territory or other property belonging to the United
States; and nothing in this constitution shall be so
construed as to prejudiceary claims of the United States
or of any particular State."
The `United States' in
legal terms consists of: The District of Columbia, U.S.
Virgin Islands, Puerto Rico, Guam, American Samoa, Northern
Mariana Islands, and Trust territory of the Pacific
Islands, forts, docks, arsenals and other `needful'
buildings and land purchased with consent of the respective
sovereign States. Were you born in one of these territories?
If so, you are subject
to the `exclusive legislation' and whims of `Congress'.
If not, the only Federal crimes you can be prosecuted
for are
1) Destruction of Federal Property,
2) Counterfeiting of U.S. Securities,
3) Treason/Espionage,
4) Interference with the
U.S. Mails,
5) Frauds on the U.S. gov't.
The `U.S.' criminal jurisdiction
is very limited. See U.S. Code title 18, section 451,
para 3d:
"The
United States government is a foreign corporation with
respect to a State."

The courts have continually
ruled that the government of the sovereign state upon
which you were born is not `the same as' the `U.S. gov't'.

The courts have continually
ruled that the government of the sovereign state upon
which you are born is not `the same as' the `U.S. gov't'.
So how does Congress rule our lives and fill up the
federal prisons with people who don't file certain papers,
or who till their own land?
They create `Invisible
Contracts' and trick you into either giving up your
sovereign state citizenship or creating a dual citizenship
by `applying' for U.S. citizenship when you don't particularly
need it or want it.
Who are the only ones who
can apply for a state driver's license? U.S. citizens.
Who are the only ones who can submit a 1040 extortion
form? U.S. citizens. What must you attest to before
you can vote? Being a `U.S. citizen'. What do you agree
to in writing when you open a bank account with a `U.S.'
Federal Reserve member bank? Being a `U.S. citizen taxpayer'.
Who are the only ones who can receive Federal grants,
assistance, loans, FDIC protection, crop subsidies?
You got it! And it goes on and on.
They certainly don't offer
full disclosure or operate in good faith with clean
hands when you enter into these arrangements do they?
But then your `ignorance of the law' is no excuse either,
is it?
Can you be a `sovereign
American', a citizen of the several states of the Republic
of the united States of America and NOT a U.S. citizen?
If you can quit sucking off the tit of the big sow you
sure can. This author is a sojourning pilgrim, born
upon the sovereign land of the Illinois Republic, among
the several states, and certainly `NOT' the `United
States' in any way shape or form. The next time you
apply for a Passport, ask for the application for `Americans'
and not `U.S. citizens'. It does exist! With knowledge
comes power.
This subject deserves much
more study and research which we can't give here. I
recommend the book Vultures in Eagles Clothing. |
