The
Banker's Manifesto
"Capital must protect itself in every way, through combination
and through legislation. When, through a process of law the
common people have lost their homes, they will be more tractable
and more easily governed by the strong arm of the law, applied
by the central power of wealth, under control of leading financiers.
People without homes will not quarrel with their leaders.
This is well known among our principal men now engaged in
forming an imperialism of captial to govern the world. By
dividing the peole we can get them to expend their energies
in fighting over questions of no importance to us except as
teachers of the common herd. Thus by discreet action we can
secure for ourselves what has been generally planned and successfully
accomplished."

among banking leaders only and was taken from the Civil Servant's
Year Book entitled, "THE ORGANIZER" of January 1934,
and the "NEW AMERICAN" of February 1934.
Worldwide Insights
WFR sees a future where smart investors and entrepreneurs
can make a lot of money without the government taxing every
penny it can to fund entitlements and other wasted programs.
We have a few storms to weather, but those who can look and
plan ahead have a bright future. Take a look at some of the
things that are unfolding . . .
The flames of major upheaval are smoldering in China. Historic
rivalries between north and south are heating up and the government
can't seem to grasp the fact that its people need freedom.
With China's Christian population growing steadily it's just
a matter of time before the dam breaks. If you have any money
at all in companies that do business with China, keep a careful
eye on this situation.
Nixon's resignation triggered a 45% plunge on the Dow. The
dirt on Clinton's scandals is piling up. When the fit hits
the shan it'll be scary to think of the ramifications of our
ridiculous overblown stock market. We'll be watching the moves
behind the scenes to give you as much advance warning as possible.
When the balloon bursts, watch out, it'll wipe out millions
of investors.
The IRS is getting ready to roll over and die. Smart investors
are already using steadily improving technology to legally
sidestep taxes. If you're not familiar with these techniques,
you need to plug in to WFR and stay tuned.
The same freedom technology that'll let you shrug off taxes
is going to shrink the U.S. government to a fraction of its
current size. When the money dries up, no one in the White
House will care one bit about the needy or the fat lazy liberals
and their free handouts. When the U.S. crumbles, many countries
will follow like dominos. Right now we're watching a few upstart
countries that may be the next entrepreneurial havens. The
investment potential is astounding. We'll keep you posted.
A big item to watch is the balance of power in the oil industry.
The U.S. has got to strike up a deal with one of the world's
major oil producers, and soon. Russia is sitting on more oil
in the Caspian Sea region than the combined total of all Middle
Eastern reserves combined, excluding Saudi Arabia. This forces
the U.S. to form an alliance with an age old 'enemy' . . .
but it's not who you'd expect! It'll have a big impact on
the price of oil.
The world economy is on the verge, or perhaps in the middle
of, a paradigm shift. Profits are there for those who have
the knowledge to capitalize. The blind will be left by the
wayside.
Radio Interview
Backfires
The following item was in Gun Week, September 20, 1997 issue
on page 2. The Internet recently carried an excerpt from a
live radio interview on one of the regional Welsh stations
in Great Britain.
A female newscaster interviewed the leaders of a youth club.
Interviewer: So, Mr. Jones,
what are you going to do with these children on this adventure
holiday?
Jones: We're going to teach
them climbing, abseiling (rapelling), canoeing, archery, shooting
. . . .
Interviewer: Shooting! That's
a bit irresponsible isn't it?
Jones: I don't see why. They'll
be properly supervised on the range.
Interviewer: Don't you admit
that this is a terribly dangerous activity to be teaching
children?
Jones: I don't see how. We will
be teaching them proper range discipline before they even
touch a firearm.
Interviweer: But you're equipping
them to be violent killers!
Jones: Well, you're equipped
to be a prostitute, but you're not - are you?
Needless to say, the interview was terminated almost immediately.
Death of the Nation State and The
Rise of Personal Freedom
Any competent student of history will tell you about the
cycles of historical societal transformations which have occurred
quite regularly about every 500 years. Most recently we saw
the last Roman legions being disbanded as that empire unraavelled
about 490A.D. We then sunk into the Dark Ages and moved into
what we now call the Middle Ages and feudalism around the
tenth century. The 15th century saw the decline of feudalism
and the dawning of the new age `Renaissance'. Now we are staring
the new millenium in the face and are poised to experience
the object of western imagination from prognosticators, theologians,
poets and seers of all kinds who have looked at the year 2000
as a major turning point.
The human race has evolved from a) hunting/gathering societies,
to b) agricultural societies, to c) industrial societies.
We are seeing the smokestacks fall now like elm leaves in
October. Our heavy industries are being replaced wholesale
by high-tech industries and the endless possibilities of microprocessing.
There is now something entirely new on the horizon, a fourth
form of social organization in our evolutionary quest: The
Information Age.
With this in mind we need to understand the nature of nation-state
governments, which is to consolidate power, expand its reach
and feed its expansionist tendencies through increased regulation
and taxation by shaking down its own subjects as much as its
enemies using violence arbitrarily and capriciously whenever
necessary. To confirm this, simply look at what the twentieth
century nation-states have brought us . . . two world wars,
innumerable smaller conflicts, a great depression, strangulation
by regulation and modern day people in the streets feeling
angry and confused.
We can learn from history, (probably why it's not taught
properly in our schools). Our current situation is analogous
to the Gunpowder Revolution of the fifteenth century. Back
then institutionalized religion permeated every aspect of
society and exerted tremendous control reaching beyond territorial
boundaries. Today, our world has become saturated with politics.
The rulers' spin doctors and media mind control have a tremendous
grip on society so we feel good while they fleece us and lead
us into private wars of conquest which have nothing to do
with defense.
In the 15th century, the costs of supporting organized religion
became prohibitive, just like our costs of supporting a bloated
and intrusive government today. The predictable result is
based on the fact that whenever technological change has divorced
the old ways from the moving dynamics of the economy, standards
shift and people begin to treat those in command of the old
institutions with increasing contempt. We saw the same thing
when Rome could no longer maintain the economic base to support
its excessive tax burden upon its people to keep its military
garrisoned upon its empire's far flung borders.
The technological development of gunpowder in the old days,
and its subsequent proliferation, created strong incentives
to downsize religious institutions and lower their costs in
view of massive public contempt. A similar revolution is occurring
today with private technology vis-a-vis the state.
Microprocessing is creating abilities for the `little' people
to loosen the noose around their necks and wriggle free of
government control and oppression. This levels the playing
field in the game of economic power and turns the tables.
The previously oppressed now have the power to starve the
oppressor.

For reasons that are more logical than mystic,
the astute observer will come to the conclusion that
microprocessing will inevitably subvert and destroy
the nation-state which will create new forms of social
organization in the process.

When the state is unable to resort to its traditional method of
feeding itself by raising taxes, it may resort to other more
desperate measures, including printing money. Governments
have enjoyed the monopoly over the printing presses and thus
controlling inflation/deflation, economic growth, etc. However,
in the Information Age, cybermoney will be controlled by private
markets and will supercede fiat money issued by governments.
Only the poor and bystanders will be affected by inflation.
Without their traditional ability to tax and inflate, governments
will turn nasty. As tax becomes uncollectable, older and more
draconian methods of collection will surface, including desperate
attempts to prevent wealth from escaping beyond their reach.
This brings us to a transition crisis. The new technologies
are more subversive of the modern state than any political
threat to its dominance since the `New World' was discovered.
Those in power are not likely to react peacefully to developments
that undermine their authority. This will lead us to a time
of great danger and a time of great reward. Increasingly free
individuals and insolvent crumbling governments will confront
one another on a new battlefield. As mighty as they are, the
power governments retain is only the power to obliterate and
no longer includes the power to command allegiance. Their
lies and frauds have been exposed.
The age of individual economic sovereignty is right around
the corner. Just as we are seeing the crumbling of empires
(Soviet Union, U.K.) and the `de-nationalization' of industries
in socialist countries (i.e. France, England, U.S. welfare
reform, etc.) we will see the sweeping `de-nationalization'
of the individual.
Unfortunately, many will not benefit from this new opportunity.
"The average North American has probably lavished one
hundred times more attention on O.J. Simpson (trial) than
he has on the new microtechnologies that are poised to antiquate
his job and subvert the political system he depends on for
unemployment compensation."
Nicholas Colchester, writing an article as editorial director
for the Economist Intelligence Unit clearly indicates
that, "the coming of international government is now
logically unstoppable." He indicates that this is so
because the nation-state can no longer control economic forces.
For reasons that are more logical than mystic, the astute
observer will come to the conclusion that microprocessing
will inevitably subvert and destroy the nation-state which
will create new forms of social organization in the process.
It is critical and necessary for you to see these developments
and prepare ahead of time so that it can be a blessing for
you and yours rather than making you a blind victim who is
crushed in the transition. "If we fail to perceive the
great transition going on around us, it is because we desire
not to see."
WFR is here to provide you with the knowledge, the insights,
the strategies and the tools to be on the profitable and exciting
leading edge of this huge paradigm shift in the new millennium.
Come along for the ride. It'll be fun!!
