On June 17, 1998 the US Department of Transportation
(DOT) published in the Federal Register what appeared to be a routine
"Notice of Proposed Rule Making" [23 CFR Part 1331]
The Federal Register is the official publication
where new (or proposed) regulations are printed for the public to
review and react with comments or suggestions.
Bureaucrats are given rule-making power by Congress
when new regs are too complicated for the politicians to deal with.
Unfortunately, many such rules go beyond the legislative intent
when left to the bureaucrats and they end up carrying the full force
of the law.
The June 17 proposal came from the US DOT which
was using its financial clout to impose an ID card rule on all Americans.
States that decide against such rule would lose millions of dollars
in highway and mass transit funds. Isn’t that the way it usually
works? They coerce us by withholding our money that ‘We’
give them and they say that we won’t get it back unless we
submit to tyranny. Then, rather than withholding further state monies
from the federal government and doing something about it, our spineless
state legislators cow down and lick the feet of the federal bureaucrats
in the name of ‘doing what’s best for the people’
instead of serving us properly. Why do ‘you’ put up with
it? Let’s get on our state and local ‘folk’ and get
‘em to work for us and not the feds! Or maybe we should pay
more taxes, that’ll solve it!
Anyway, the proposal requires that before October
1, 2000 (the effective date of the proposal) all 50 US state governments
must develop an ID system and require ‘residents’ to obtain
and use an official photo identification card. The state issued
IDs must contain the individual’s Social Security number, name,
photo and address. The mandatory card will be used for all contacts
or interactions with US government agencies (which, under the Federal
bankruptcy includes all state and local governments as well). Of
course if this were to take effect with such a broad scope you know
it wouldn’t take long for your employer, cable provider, doctor,
utility company and librarian to require this ‘mandatory’
card also before providing service.
The forced implementation of national ID cards have
been the tools of tyrants over the ages. Survivors of World War
II clearly remember the German policeman or Gestapo stepping in
front of a person on the street and demand, ‘Ken karte bitte!’
And with the repeated attempts by our slavemasters (the Feds)
it’s only a matter of time before they find a way to sneak
this little population control technique into our laws whether this
proposal passes or not.
The review period for this proposal is already over
and, at the time of this printing, the result is unknown to your

So how do we avoid this unconstitutional and ungodly
invasion of privacy? The answer is simple: COME OUT OF BABYLON !!
If you are not a ‘US citizen’ or ‘Resident’
who is ‘Employed’ by a ‘Corporate’ taskmaster
which is registered in ‘The State’, these laws will most

What Can You Do?
Without the ‘card’ (chip) you will not
be able to travel on airplanes, interact with government, use the
roadways, make investments, take your money out of banks, transfer
funds, make major purchases, go to school or even go to the hospital.
Biblically, the book of revelations (Rev. 13:16,17)
states: "and he (anti-Christ) causes all, both small and
great, rich and poor, free and slave to receive a mark on their
hand or on their foreheads, and that no one may buy or sell except
the one who has the mark or the name of the beast or the number
of his name".
You can bet that once this card is issued it won’t
be long before we hear news stories of the dangers of losing your
card, that counterfeiters are having a field day with high-tech
replications and stolen I.D.s There’s only one logical solution,
the imbedded microchip transponder! This little item is already
in use in pets and livestock. Wouldn’t it be a great little
item to put in all newborns? This would keep your little one from
getting lost, kidnapped, or switched in the hospital at birth (apparently
a not so uncommon slip). Beware! In the name of good will many evil
deeds be done (we must do it for the defenseless children).
You can urge your Congressional Representative and
Senator to repeal Section 656(b) of the Illegal Immigration Reform
and Immigrant Responsibility Act of 1996. Again, this section is
entitled, "State-Issued Driver’s Licenses and Comparable
Identification Documents."
Tell them to support the FREEDOM AND PRIVACY RESTORATION
ACT introduced by Congressman Ron Paul and Bob Barr to repeal the
national I.D. card.
We, as the people of God must stand against what
we believe to be evil. We live in an evil day and must be walking
with the Lord Yashua (the original Hebrew name for who many call
Jesus Christ) properly to stand against the forces and principalities
of darkness. Don’t be foolish enough to discount the power
in this concept and practice. As his children we are called to occupy
until he comes. This means to maintain the rule of HIS LAW and to
fight the intrusions of ungodly powers and foreign principalities
as they work to destroy HIS people.
This measure affects everyone at the state and local
levels as well. No one will escape if these laws are allowed to
stand. These laws are in direct opposition to several of the Amendments
to the constitution of the united States of America (Bill of Rights)
which were written by Godly men and based upon Biblical principals.
Thomas Jefferson wrote, In questions of political power, speak
to me not of confidence in men, but bind them down from mischief
with the chains of a Constitution." It is our (your) duty
to stop tyranny whenever it rears its ugly head.
Start a chain reaction with a ‘multi-level’
letter, fax, phone campaign to your elected bungling ‘slavemaster’
in Congress. Get a commitment from ten people that they will get
a commitment from ten people and so on. Remember, silence is acquiescence!
